The service

Grab3D is a browser extension that helps you download and convert 3D models from Meshy and Tripo Studio, together with an online license service that manages plans and download quotas. By installing or using Grab3D you agree to these terms.

Independent tool

Grab3D is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meshy or Tripo. You are responsible for complying with the terms of every service you use with Grab3D and for making sure you have the rights to the models you download, convert or use.

Plans and licenses

  • Free: 3 models, 15 texture PNG downloads and 1 Community model per month.
  • Pro, Bundle and Lifetime: paid plans delivered as a license code, e-mailed to your verified account address after payment is confirmed. Limits for each plan are listed on the pricing page.
  • One license can be active on up to 2 devices. You may release a device from the extension to free its slot.
  • Licenses are personal. Do not share, resell or publish your license code.
  • Switching plan applies the new plan from the time of payment. The remaining time of the previous plan is forfeited. A Lifetime license cannot change plan.

Accounts and payments

To buy a plan you sign in with Google, a verified email code, or a password you have set after email verification. If you use Google, we receive your Google account ID and e-mail address, and nothing else from your Google account. Your license code is sent to your verified account e-mail address.

Payments are processed by our payment providers in USD or IDR. We do not receive or store your card number. Prices are fixed in each currency. All sales are final, see the Refund policy.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attempt to bypass quotas or limits, interfere with the servers, or use Grab3D for anything unlawful. We may suspend or revoke a license for abuse, or when a payment is reversed (for example a chargeback or a dispute decided in the buyer's favor).

Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Meshy and Tripo can change their sites at any time, which may temporarily or permanently affect how Grab3D works. We may change features, limits or these terms; material changes will be posted on this page.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grab3D is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in question.
