Refund policy.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Grab3D digital licenses are delivered immediately after payment is confirmed, and the Free plan lets you try the extension before you buy. For these reasons, we do not refund payments for Pro, Bundle or Lifetime plans.

Before you buy

  • Try the Free plan (3 downloads per month) to check that Grab3D works with your models.
  • Compare the limits of each plan on the pricing page.

Technical problems

If you cannot activate your license or did not receive your code, contact us with your Google account e-mail address and we will help you fix it. You can also sign in on the Account page and use Send my license code again.

Cancelling a subscription

Pro and Bundle paid with PayPal renew automatically. You can cancel the subscription in your PayPal account at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Reversed payments

If a payment is reversed through your payment provider (for example a chargeback or a dispute decided in your favor), the related license is revoked.
