Privacy policy.
Draft: this page describes how Grab3D works today and is not legal advice. It may be updated as the service changes.
What we do not collect
Grab3D never sends your Meshy or Tripo password, cookies or session tokens to us, and we do not keep copies of your 3D models.
What we process
- Account data: your e-mail address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account ID. We never receive your Google password or contacts.
- License data: your plan, its validity dates and the devices it is activated on.
- Purchase data: your order and its payment confirmation, used to deliver and manage your license.
- Usage data: how many downloads, upscales and conversions your plan has used.
- Technical data: limited information your browser sends with each request, used to run the service and prevent abuse.
- Linked accounts (Lifetime): only if you use this feature, the Meshy e-mail you enter to link an account.
Why
To deliver the service: provide and validate licenses, apply plan limits, prevent abuse, and give support.
Retention
We keep data only as long as it is needed for these purposes. License and purchase records are kept while the license exists and as needed for accounting and dispute handling.
Service providers
We work with trusted providers for sign-in, payments, e-mail delivery and hosting. They process data under their own terms.
Your choices
You can release a device or remove the license code in the extension at any time, and sign out on the Account page. To ask about or request deletion of data tied to your license, contact us.
